How far in advance should I order a wedding cake?

I usually take wedding bookings 4–9 months out for peak summer dates, but I'll always try to fit you in if I can — even short notice. For celebration cakes, 2–3 weeks is ideal.

Can you do gluten-free or vegan?

Yes — most of my cakes can be adapted. Just mention it in the enquiry and I'll send the GF/V options for that design.

Do you deliver?

I deliver wedding cakes across Essex and surrounding counties — quoted by venue distance. Cupcakes and cakes for 2+ people can be delivered locally in CM2.

Is there a tasting?

Yes — I do tasting boxes for wedding cakes (sponges + fillings) so you can decide flavours with confidence. Included for confirmed weddings; available separately on enquiry.

What about allergens?

I bake from a domestic kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten and soya. I follow strict separation but can't certify allergen-free — let me know in the enquiry.
