Who we are

This site is run by Blossom Bakery (Helen Desmond), based in Great Baddow, Chelmsford, Essex. If you have questions about your data, email blossombakedgoods@gmail.com.

What we collect

Enquiry form. When you fill in the enquiry form, your name, email, phone (if provided), event date and message are sent directly to Helen's inbox via Formspree. We use that information only to reply to your enquiry. We do not share it with third parties, and we do not add you to any mailing list.

Analytics. If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the site (pages viewed, country, device type). IP addresses are anonymised. We do not use analytics for advertising, and we do not sell data.

Cookies

No cookies are set until you click "Accept" on the banner. If you click "Reject", no analytics cookies load. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage so the banner only appears once. You can clear it any time via your browser's site-settings.

Your rights (UK GDPR)

You have the right to see what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. Email Helen at the address above and she'll respond within 30 days.
